How does a room lease work?
You sign your own individual lease for one private bedroom, one person to a room. You share the kitchen, bathrooms and common areas with the other residents of the house.
What utilities are included?
Every room lease includes gas, electric, water and sewer, trash, and internet, plus lawn care and snow removal. One monthly rent covers it.
What comes with a furnished room?
Furnished rooms typically include a twin bed and mattress cover, a desk and chair, a dresser, a bookshelf, a nightstand, a mirror and a lamp. Furnishings vary by home, so ask us about a specific room.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in our room-lease homes.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed in our room-lease homes.
Can I see a room before I sign?
Yes. Schedule a showing or ask us a question. If you can’t come in person, we can often set up virtual tours too!
Can my group lease a whole house instead?
