Where is the entrance and where do I park?
Unit B, our 3 BR, is located on the BACKSIDE of the building, by taking the walkway to the left (when facing the building from 17th street), around the WEST side of the building, past the first red door.
Parking.
We provide up to two spaces for our 3 bedroom (max occupancy 6 people). We may be able to provide a third spot. Please contact us in advance. Game weekends parking is at a premium and lots are enforced, please ensure you have hang tags/permits from us and you only park in the spots mentioned.
You may park in the spot right in front, to the left (the one to the right is for the front side tenants). The spot has reserved signage for 219-B. You may also park ACROSS the street (at 210-220 E 17th), in the spot reserved for “B500” –this is directly across from where the 219 entry is, west side of lot. If you have trouble, text us (contact info in reservation info) and we can help with other options. Please do not use the C501, as that is for our C unit resident. You may also park a single car in the “top” lot of the unit’s building, the east side (right as you face the building) if the other 2 spots are in use.
Check-In Information/Home Access
There should be a 6 digit number in your email/BNB communications, that’s your entry code!
Note, that if the code includes a 2-3 digit number then a * (STAR) then you must enter the number, the *, and the rest of the code. Also, pausing (for example, to look up the rest of a code), by the way, can time it out. FINALLY, this should be apparent, but yes we get calls: once you enter the code, you have to turn the knob to unlock the deadbolt for those doors with deadbolt locks (almost all of them).
