Need something even bigger? Six bedrooms? Seven? Eight, nine, even ten — or a whole lot more? Some of our houses run well past five bedrooms. And in a few spots we’ve got clusters of 5-bedroom townhomes right next to each other — room enough for you and a big chunk of your crew. That kind of place never makes it to a search box, so just reach out and we’ll point you at it.

We’ve got two ways to house a big group — and the second one is where the magic happens.

The best way to handle BIG numbers? Clusters.

What’s a cluster? A cluster is a group of places right next to each other. This is where you get fully “in the weeds” — and where we can help you most.

Clusters of rental houses near each other? Yes. Clusters of townhomes, where you take all 3 or 4 units so you “own” the whole building — no sharing? We’ve got that too.

Some of our more popular clusters: North Fess, 14th & Indiana, South Lincoln Street, South Grant Street, and South Highland. They’re spread around different sides of IU campus, and each one can handle 10, 15, 20 people — often a lot more than that.

North Fess — Up to 24 bedrooms, by the IMU and Dunn Meadow too! Room for 24.

South Grant Street — 32 bedrooms. Two 4×4 quadplexes, side by side, near Maurer. Room for 32.

14th & Indiana — 100 bedrooms? LOTS of options right by IU Athletics! 40 BR at 515-517 E 14th alone.

Altogether, we find it unlikely you could have a group bigger than we can handle here — but we are always up for a challenge!

South Highland — 13 bedrooms, by Soma, Dragon Express, and the Jacobs School of Music.

Bonus? 408 S Eagleson (2x3BR) is right out the back door.
