For 15 years in a row, Elkins Apartments has held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau — and we’re proud of it. It reflects something we work at every day: helping our tenants have happy, trouble-free stays.

For the vast majority of folks who live with us, we honestly never need to interact beyond the occasional “hey, how’s it going?” We’re always glad to see you or hear from you — but we’d rather you never have to reach out if you don’t want to. Smooth sailing, yes indeed.

But we all know things don’t always go as planned. Sometimes something isn’t quite right — whether it’s something on our end, or something on yours. If that ever happens, please let us know! We want to make it right, and most of the time, we do. Most tenants who have a concern bring it up, we work through it together, and all is well.

That’s not always possible — sometimes we have to “agree to disagree.” But we try to be fair and realistic, and we ask our tenants to do the same. When we all come to the table with a good problem-solving attitude, we can usually work something out.
