We do our best to help all our tenants have happy, trouble-free stays with us. And for the vast majority of those who choose to live with us, we really never have to interact except for the occasional “hey, how’s it going?” While we are always glad to see you or hear from you, we’d rather you never have to contact us if you don’t want to. Smooth sailing, yes indeed.
But, we all know that things don’t always work out as we plan, sometimes things don’t go smoothly, mistakes happen, whether something a customer does or something may not be quite right on our end. If that ever happens, please let us know! We want to make it right. And, for most of those situations, we do! Most tenants that have a concern or a problem bring it up, and we work through it, and all is well.
That’s not always possible. Sometimes we have to “agree to disagree.” But we try to be fair, and realistic, and ask that our tenants do the same, and if we all come to the table with a nice problem-solving attitude, we can work our something when things are quite, well, working out!
