You may make a credit card payment for charges on your ledger. Please note that all lease installments, fees, and other charges are based on cash discounted pricing. As such, if you choose to make a non-cash equivalent payment, such as with a credit card, there will be a 4% Cash Discount Recovery Charge added to the payment and to your account ledger to return the amounts to their original non-cash discounted pricing. Minimum amounts may apply.
Credit card payments will be processed immediately. You will receive a receipt via email. It may take 7-10 days for the payment to appear on your ledger. Regardless of this time period, your payment will be credited as of the date the payment is made and not the date entered on the ledger. This date will be used to determine the timeliness of the payment and any applied or waived additional rent charges for your account. Thank you!
